I am looking for any info/descendants of Rosalia REINA (b. before 1883) and Jospeh (Giuseppe) Frank PULEO, Sr. both from Santo Stefano Quisquina, Si.
They settled in Frankfort, NY and had 13 children, one of whom was my grandfather Joseph Frank Puleo Jr. b 1912 in Tampa, FL (where the family also lived for a short time).
Rosalia's parents (Angelo REINA and Domenica FICARROTTA) and 4 siblings also immigrated from Santo Stefano Quisquina and settled in Frankfort.
I have some info on the Reina family, but I am particularly interested to know more about Joseph Puleo, Sr. and his family, in the US or Sicily.
I would like to know if his parents or siblings (who are unknown) immigrated.
I *suspect* there may have been one named Gaetano PULEO, who may have come over with Rosalia and her oldest son Paolo (Paul) to join Joseph Frank, who was already in Frankfort. At least that is what it looks like from Ellis Island ship manifests.
