Greetings Brenda,

I think I might be able to assist in this situation. I am the Ted W. Qualls that was born in 1972 to Daylon and Judith Qualls. My father named me after his brother whom was killed in the Viet Nam war in August of 1965. He was 19 when he was killed. His Mother (my grandmother) was named Vera whom passed away in 1998.
The Ted W. Qualls who married Linda is indeed a 3rd Ted Qualls. I am unaware of any relation.
