Hi,
My father Frederick Ernest Quantrill was born in Lowestoft on 11th August 1902 and I beleive he was one of eleven children, (Alice, Annie Eliza, George Richard, James William, Joseph William, Frederick Ernest, Jenny, Elizabeth, Edward, Suzanna and Jane). My grandfather was called Edward (born in Bunwell, Norfolk) and my grandmother was called Mary Ann (nee Reynolds)and they resided at 6 Erskine Place, Lowestoft circa 1893.
My grandmother Mary Ann Quantrill (nee Reynolds) was the daughter of Richard (could be William?) and Sarah Reynolds. Mary Ann was born about circa April 1860 and married Edward Quantrill on 7th Nov 1883 age 24.
I would be delighted to hear from anybody who knows of any links with this branch of the Quantrill's.
