Ann Quayle (Manchester 1827?)

Ann Quayle married William Green 30 May 1849 at the Cathedral Manchester. The marriage certificate gives her father as William Green (occupation porter).

Both census records and the marriage certificate give her year of birth as 1827 and in the census she is recorded as being born in Manchester.

However I am unable to find any trace of the her fathers family in Manchester in the 1851 census or any trace of Ann’s birth/baptism in Manchester parish records.

Is there anybody out there with a record of an Ann Quayle born 1827ish, father William.
