G'Day all
My wife and I are researching her mother's family and and need some help with finding info on....
Evelyn Olive Quayle - born 5 September 1898 (Poss IoM - no birth cert but the date is known to the family) d 22July 1961 in Liverpool. Married 23 December 1922 in Liverpool to David Webster. From that marriage certificate we can see that her deceased father was John Quayle and that he was a painter but we have no other firm info on him. We'd also like to know his wife's first name/s and her maiden name.
We've looked on the 1901 census for Evelyn and for John but no luck. Any info or pointers appreciated.
