James,
I am related to the Minnesota Quayles.
My Grandmother was Louise Quayle Beecroft originally from Aurora, Minnesota. Wonder if you are related to her brother, William Quayle, who had two sons that I know of: William (Billy) Jr. and Thomas. William Jr. was blinded in WW1 and married a Rose? I believe, who was his nurse. Thomas I met around 1984 in Minnetonka at my cousin, Robert (Bobbie)Constant's place. I think he died a few years back. Were William Jr. or Thomas your Grandfathers? Family started of with Eleanor Louisa Kelly and William Quayle from the Isle of Man....both died in fall of 1908 leaving 6 children orphaned. Quayle family I'm related to would now be from St. Paul/Minneapolis, or Stillwater, Mn.
