Hi cousin!

I hope this message gets to you since it has been so long since you posted your message.

Amos Henry Raasch (my gg-grandfather) and Ida Raasch Lovelace were brother and sister.

I have information and family stories on the Raasch family. I will be brief here, until I am sure you are receiving this info (or maybe by now you already have it.)

Fridrich William Raasch (b. July 4, 1829, d. May 14, 1888) married Anna Amalie Bohnert, Sept 26, 1852 in Blumenberg, Germany

Children (several had their names Americanized):
Robert Richard Raasch(died early, possibly at sea on the way to America, or right before they left Germany)

Gustav Adolfus Raasch(or Gus Adolph)b. Dec 2, 1854, d. Dec 2, 1922 m. Caroline Wittmeyer - 4 children

Fridrich August Raasch b. April 29, 1856 - went by initials F. C. A. - at some point he added Charles to his name - married Magdalena Heffner - 5 children

Ida Amalie Raasch married George Lovelace - 10 children - picture of Grace taken about 1898

Picture labeled - Dad's sister, Ida - died 1901 at Chickasha, OK - and the 4 youngest Aunt Hulda kept in KS for several years. Paul the oldest, Uncle George took to OK with him. - Ione, Paul, Oliver, Otto, and Irene Lovelace - 1901

Hulda Amalie Raasch m. Joseph Schmidt - 2 boys - divorced
then she married Peter Vetch

Anna Marta Raasch (Martha) married (eloped) Will Lovelace (brother of George Lovelace) - 4 children

Friderich Wilhelm (William) Raasch married Anna Harwood - 5 children

Emil Heinrich (Amos Henry) Raasch b. June 13, 1866 married Eliza Jane Armstrong - 3 children

Emma - died in infancy

Luis or Louis - died in infancy

Henrich (Henry)- b. Aug 20, 1870 m. Mary Bradley - 2 girls

Amalie Bohnert's mother was Henrietta. She came to America.
