My great-grandmother Augusta (Rabenhorst) Maass was born 12/12/1851 in Milkelmine Ramelow, Prussia (Germany); I have a photograph of her headstone at Riverside Cemetery in Menominee, MI 49858. She migrated from Germany when she was 12 years old (1863), entered the US at Buffalo, New York, then to Manitowoc, WI. She married Frederick John Charles Maass on 05 Nov 1870 in Green Bay, WI 54304. She died 14 Aug 1938 in Menominee, MI.
Augusta and Fred built a two-story brick home in Menominee and had 13 children, one of which was my paternal grandmother. I have many pictures and more information. Please contact me.
