David Rabon was born about 1839 in Horry County, SC. He married Fannie Parker in Seven Creeks, NC, about 1866, and they had 8 children; Florrie, Edith, Leila, Scarborough, Joseph, Lula, Dora (my ggm) and Parker. He served as a county commisioner and died in Conway, SC on 28 Nov. 1912. He is burried in (on) Pine Island, SC. David's father was William Rabon b. abt. 1788 in SC. His mother was named Mary. If any of this is familar to anyone, I would love to hear from you. I would also like to know if anyone knows anything about Pine Island.
