Boy am I glad to hear from you. I wasn't sure how the last name was spelled and understand there are a lot of different spellings. I was sure there was probably only one Zeorbria.

We also knew her as Aunt Sis. Mama knew her and I may have met her but I don't remember her. She married a brother to my great grandmother, Sara Lettie Smith. I am trying to get as much as I can on the siblings of Sara Lettie. I have very little on them. There is also a Mae Ella Rabun that married Walter Smith, another brother of Sara Lettie. I think these two were sisters.I understand they are all from Union Parish. I also live in Union Parish. I would love to share information with you. Seabron was the son of James Henry Smith and Flora Elizabeth Barfield, (Bearfield), both from Alabama. She was supposed to be Choctaw but I haven't proven that point. James Henry was the son of William Aaron Smith dob abt 1817. James Henry was left an oprhane at an early age and was raised by John Faust, Methodist preacher that ran some kind of home in Ala. There were a lot of Indian children in this orphanage.

Uncle Seabron still has two children living at this time.I was working on all of this when I got Spring fever and had to go out and plant flowers to get over it.

Please e-mail me at midge112@bellsouth.net.

Thanks

Midge
