Hi --
Sorry it took me so long to reply to this question. I believe we must have different Louis. My Louis is my great grandfather, married to Margaret Rooney, two children Arthur and Everett, and his father was Antoine. Antoine was born in 1850, so my Louis could not have been married in the 1840s, even if he had been married twice with Margaret Rooney the second wife.
