I do not know of your Charlotte ,but I am trying to locate my gg grandmother Lucinda Rayborn -b:abt 1831 ,I was told she was from N.Carolina I think she was born there .She married a George Brister and they had 3 kids I know of Sarah (my g.grandmother)-b: 1859 married Martin Benjamin Delaughter they are burried in Lincoln County , Mississippi ,George b:1853 married Mary Mcdavid ,Emily b: abt 1854 .My family was from Mississippi in and around Lincoln ,Lawrence counties .I wonder if you have any info on this family in your files .I do not have the census for Lincoln county so I have been grasping at straws .I know nothing about Lucinda except thru her daughter Sarah .I dont know siblings or parents .I have heard the stories about Indian heritage in the family but dont know which side .Maybe their is a tie into my Lucinda & your Charlotte.I would be interested to know if they do please feel free to email me or post back here .Thanks Pam
