Troy, I have some vague info about Rayburn and I'm hoping you can also help me.
I have an unknown male Rayburn who m. Goldie Luttrell. I would guess that Goldie was b. in the late 1890's possibly in TX or OK. She was the daughter of William James Luttrell b. 1866 in Pulaski Co KY and d. (as per an obit) on 28 April 1953 and is buried in Mt. Angeles Cemetery in Port Angeles, Clallam Co, WA. Her mother was Eliza Ellen Riddle. Goldie Rayburn is mentioned in the obit of her father, William James Luttrell. She had a sister named Diamond (who m. a Harrington), a brother George Albert Luttrell who also died in abt 1967 in Port Angeles (as per his obit).
Goldie had died before her brother died in 1967, so I don't know when she died.
I'm just hoping that your Port Angeles Rayburn is somehow connected to Goldie's husband.
