Deanna, John Jacob Rector(Hans Jacob Richter)was born in Trupbach, Germany in 1674 and died about 1728/1729 at Germantown, Va. He was persuaded to move because of his knowledge of iron ore mining. There is a great deal of information available about this family. Please let me know exactly what you need and I will send you additional information.
