I have been unable to verify this, but according to family records, Landy's father was Peter Rector, DOB unknown, settled in Kentucky, then Richmond, then Wayne Co, IN.
Children:
Thornton b. 1798, d. 1878, m. Nancy Little,
Landy b. 1800, d. 1865, m. 7 Dec 1821 to Lavina Chryst,
Betty/Betsy-m. Rittler,
Anna
Isaac
Abraham

Would love to get confirmation of Landy's parents. It has been a major roadblock for years!
