When I discovered that my new computer (Hewlett Packard Pavilion) has a "write" CD-ROM feature, it convinced me to put the entire "Genealogical History of the Redfield Family in the United States" on a FT program on CD. I've started the massive job already, but it should take about two months to finish. Included will be all the biographical information accumulated by John Howard Redfield in the "notes" section, as well as additional information I've come across in my research (including 91 Redfields who served in the Civil War). When completed, I will be delighted to make a CD and mail it to all interested cousins; it will be a freebie; no charge. I'll be taking orders as the project nears completion around March. Comments invited.
