I have no knowledge of any relatives in Georgia.
As I have said over and over, the only thing we have definitely on John Polk is his estate settlement. Others have guessed at a birth date and place, but I have seen no documentation. As far as I can see, there is still a brick wall. I am still guessing that he was an immigrant, based on the family tradition that the "old ones had a thick brogue" or accent. That may be wrong however.
