I believe you are referring to the one who married Susanna PRESLEY.
If so, I thought I would let you know that actually, he must have died earlier ... in 1882.
He & his wife are found on the 1880 Census of NC,Buncombe-Co. His wife predeceased him
& between 1882-1884, HIS estate administrator was Peter A. REDMON.
This Peter died in 1884 & Daniel Morgan REDMON's estate was finally settled in 1886.
