Hi, first time user on this board.
My GGF William Blows married a widow in 1882, Ellen Mary Wheelen, while serving with the British army in India. Her Father's name as John Henry Redmond. Deducting her age from the date, she would have been born 1852.
Can someone please give me some guidence as to where I should go to get further information on this family ?
