Hi Rory, I'm also trying to trace my Redmond family tree.
I'll tell you what I have for information, maybe we have a
family connection. My Grandmother, Anna Redmond, was born
April 13,1893 in Waterford City, Ireland. She was brought up
in an area known as " The Glen". She attended a Catholic
Church located in downtown Waterford City, not far from main
street.
Her father's name was David. She had a sister named Alice,
and brothers named James, David, & Patrick.
She arrived in Boston Mass.,about 1911, with her Uncle Jim
and his family.
This is all the information I have. I've tried several sites
in Ireland and the USA, but have had no luck. Maybe this time
I'll find something! Please let me know if I helped you.
