The National Archives of Ireland is probably the best source of original information on the Rising of 1798. To my knowledge, the rebel leaders, to include four militant priests were hanged. While drawing and quartering was still a part of English law, I think its use had fallen into abeyance by 1798. The last time I read about its being used was when RC priests (primarily Jesuits) were caught in 17th century England.
