William Manning Redman/Redmond was my great-great grandfather. According to the 1850 Monroe County Mississippi census, he was born in South Carolina about 1790. A daughter, Ada Ann, was born in Tennessee about 1820.She married Nathan Fowlkes in Monroe County Mississippi in 1838. Nathan was married previously and had one daughter. William had two children born in Monroe County---Oliver Manning who married Martha Elizabeth Templeton (daughter of John G. and Mahala Templeton) in 1855. Mary(or Mahulda)married Joseph Bridges in 1855. William's wife was Mary, but I don't know if she was the mother of his children. William died in Monroe County in 1858. Who were his parents and siblings?
