Looking for James H. Rhoades who was in the Navy in 1959. He was hitch-hiking and a couple who were eloping gave him a ride. He was their witness/best man of their marriage. They would like to find him before their 50th anniversary.
They thought he lived in Utah, Wyoming or Montana.
Any help appreciated.
