Hi all,
I am looking for any citations/references to Joseph Smith (1771-?) and his wife, Mary Rhodes (1773-1859), of Westmoreland County, PA.
Also of interest is Mary Rhodes' father, Henry Rhodes (1754-1828) and his wife, Catherine Cramer (1755-1836). I believe Henry was born in Marple, PA.
There is a reference to Joseph & Mary, as well as Henry, in the Genealogical & Personal History of Fayette Co., PA (NY: Lewis Historical Publishing Co., 1912), pp. 332-33." Any other references, including known census records, marriage records, burial records, etc. are most appreciated. Thanks!
