Looking for information on Elsie Rhodes b. abt. 1889 in CT. She was supposed to be a nurse in WWI and WWII. She had associations to different generals in those wars including Gen. Eisenhower. I have located her in 1930 in San Francisco as a nurse at the Letterman(?) General Hospital and in 1920 in Washington, D.C. at the Walter Reed Hospital.
