Descendants of William Wofford from roughton_maas.com/wofford_family.htm
Doesn’t show William (2) Rhodes and Elizabeth Wofford with a son named WILLIAM RHODES.

Also shows William (2) Rhodes had been married to a Mary Baker.
Other Wofford sites show they had a son named William (3) Rhodes, who married Telitha Johnson in 1807.
At first I thought William (3) Rhodes married Emelia Evans. When she died he then married Telitha Johnson in 1807.
Found a will for William Evans dated 24 Mar 1840 in Taliaferro County, GA. That stated Emelia Rhodes was his daughter and William Rhodes as an exec. Emelie was still a live in 1840. Have not found a will for William Rhodes in Wilkes or Taliaferro Counties.
Must likely Emelia Rhodes named her son, Jesse Rhodes, after her brother, Jesse Evans.
