Carol,

I believe this is the same person that married Moses Dooley in Preble County, Ohio, and I strongly believe, though have not proven, that she is connected to my Ryans.

My Ryans moved from Georgia to Butler County, Ohio about 1808, and then to Preble County around 1814-1815. I suspect Richard Ryan is her father. Richard was born September 3, 1756 in Orange County, NC. Also among this group are Richard's sons Reuben, James, Dorsey, Burton, and Richard Jr. I suspect Palantine is their sister or half sister.
