I am afraid this is a little late for you query, but in clearing up before Christmas I found a cache of notes I made on various Rhynases many, many years ago. They came from the microfiches from the Record Office in Edinburgh but don't seem to have made their way onto the Saltlake site.
Anyway I have the following information on the baptismal dates and places of birth of two daughters of your Alexander Rhynas:
Jane d of Alexander Rhynous Elpset Mathewson 16 Jan 1847, Inveravon, Banff.
Margaret d of Alexander Rhynas Elpset Mathieson, 10 Oct 1852, Enzie, Banff.
