They lived in New Bern NC. Mr. White was the jailer in New Bern. My husbands grandmother (Hattie Catherine White) was born in 1912 so I'm guessing they lived in New Bern from the late 1880s. For a time the family lived in the jail. If you have any further info regarding this family I would really appreciate it. I can not find any information about Martha Riggs parents.
