Mary Ann Riggs was born in Kentucky c1815 according to census records. She married Thomas Brown at Burlington, Des Moines Co., Iowa on 26 Mar 1839. I have seen her included as one of the many children of Stephen Riggs and Elizabeth Jane Riggs of Washington Co., Kentucky. Can anyone offer evidence or proof of this relationship?
