please anything...like I said I have absolutely nothing on my ancestors from the Riggs side of my family...John Henry Riggs was my great grandfather...He was my dad's mother's father and I have absolutely NOTHING except the marriage license which says that he was married to Tennessee Scarberry on 12/8/1914 @ Williamson, in Mingo Co. WV, his age was 31, he was born in Giles, VA, his parents were Sam & Lizzie Riggs. Tennessee remarried on 12/3/1919 to James Chester Sheppard in Mingo Co. WV and she is listed on this marriage license as a widow. Any and all information will be appreciated as this is my "long lost family line".Thank you so much for any help.
