I am looking for information on a Sarah E. Rhoads/Rhodes/Roads b. April 14, 1874 in Viola, Fulton Co. Ark. She married Samuel Price 1891 in Baxter Co. Ark. Her name is spelled Rhodes on marriage license and papers written by family members.
I find an M. Roads age 25 (female)b. AR and S.E. Roads age 5 (female) b. AR in the household of an E. Shipley on the Fulton Co. 1880 census. Relationship is listed as "other."
I would assume M. Roads is a widow. What is the relationship to E. Shipley? Who was M.'s husband? Books on Fulton Co. seem to be rather scarce. Would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks.
