The home parishes of three Scottish Jacobite soldiers captured during the 1715 Uprising can now be revealed. Previously this information has been hard to come by. The three were transported to South Carolina from Liverpool on board the Susannah on 7th May 1716. James Robb and John Robb - Killimuir (Kirrimuir?), Angus & Thomas Robb, Craghton (Crichton?), Midlowden (Midlothian) Their fate is unknown... steven Notify Administrator about this message?
