My wife's ancestry traces back to Henry Lewis Rode, 2/5/1856 (or 1859) to 2/9/1899. (Used name "Lewis Rode"). Born in Germany and settled in Jefferson County KS north of Lawrence KS. Married Elizabeth Rahm
(9/8/1860-2/28/1932). Both are buried in Buster cemetery, south of Oskaloosa, Jefferson County KS. If you can tell us any more about Lewis or his family, please let us know.
