Charles Rodes is my 8th generation ancestor from my grandmother Martha Eunice Rodes who married Duncan C. Kennedy. I have found some info from Virginia Magazine of History and Biography Vol. XXXIV - No. 4 of October 1926 on page 361. Pages 362-363 are two letters he wrote home in 1691 & 1693. He was married in 1695 to unknown (some have said it is Frances but no family name found yet) and had two children John in 1697 in New Kent Co. VA (he came to America to New Kent Co. in 1675) and Mary in 1702/3. Any help on his wife?
