I am looking for information about a James P. Rodes/Rhodes b. abt January 1836 in Tennessee. He married Martha Reed b. May 1847 in TN. They wed abt. 1874. I have seen his name spelled Rodes and Rhodes.
Two children that I am aware of:
*Mattie or Martha Louisa Rhodes b. January 11, 1875 TN
d. May 14, 1949 OK. Married Thomas Watson Beavers abt 1897 in TX.
*Dovie (nickname?) Rhodes.
Please Help if you recognize these names!
