Juan Bautista Rojo arrived Australia on the ship "Tartar" approx 1853. We believe he was the son of Cristobal and Barecana Teressa Rojo and he was born in Oviedo in the provence of Asturias in 1825. We have not been able to trace any further information in Spain and we would appreciate any help.
