Ann,
Susan Anna Low was my great great grandmother. I show Susan Anna was born June 6 1857, died 13 April 1925 Alberta, Rockford Bridge, Canada. She was first married to Charles B Walkett who was born in Germany. Joseph Romeo was his best friend. Charles was killed in a lumbering accident 29 april 1877. Susan was pregnant with Helen Elizabeth Walkett at the time. Helen was born 25 Sep 1877 in Abbeville, Lafayette, Mississippi. She married Angus Calvin Evans and died 22 Jul 1940 Brownwood, Brown, TX. I show some of her half-brothers and sisters as being: Callie Romeo, Mary Romeo,Octavus, Joseph,Lee, Robert, and Alvie. I do not how correct this is but is what was given to me by Clara James. My uncle Bobby Evans has been trying to find out some more about Susan Anna Low and I really feel like some of the James would know, have some documents, obits etc. All I have is the little paper that is given out at funerals but it does not give any details except her date of birth. I have a copy of Helen Elizabeths death certificate and it shows that her mother was born in Mississippi. I am pretty much a blank on the Romeo side but my mom always said that he was a very sweet person.
Sharon
