Contact me at my email address. My grandfather was born in WI. (Columbus) on 8/26/1864. He died in MN (Blue Earth County)on 2/8/1941.He married Elizabeth Anne Kelly. His parents were James Rooney and Anastasia Powers. I think both of them were born in Ireland. I'm not sure. They had several children. My mother was adopted by a Rooney in Chicago. It was a close relative. When they got married, they had to get a dispensation from the courts to prove that they were not blood related. If you want any more information let me know.
