Theodor von der Ropp 1820 in Lithuania

Hello to everybody,
Would like to get some info about the Theodor von der Ropp and his family who lived in Raudondvario (ex. Seduvos) palace in Lithuania. I know, that he build this palace about in 1815-1820. Later his son Otton der von Ropp was living there from 1854.
