I would very much appreciate any help in identifying the maiden name of the wife of Silas L. Rotton. Silas was killed outside Atlanta during the battle for that city in the War of Northern Agression. Silas and Elizabeth are in Randolph Co., AL in the 1850 and 60 censuses. Elizabeth is widowed and livving in Elmore Co., AL in 1870. Their daughter Victoria married my William Churchwell Walker. I would appreciate any infomation regarding Elizabeth and the remaining children; John J. H., Augusta A.E., Martha J.David Crockett and Mary Rotton.
