The early City Directories did not give the name of the wife. You are correct Ingraham and Delilah Sabean were children of William Henry and Ruth Ann Wilkins. William henry is known as Henry by his decendents in Saint John through younest child Abbie May who married Robert M. Turner of Saint John, they lived and died in Saint John. Also the oldest child Capt. Joseph Sabean and his wife Emma Retta Sabean, daughter of Jacob Sabean (Jacob was a brother of Ambrose) and Martha Condon, lived in Saint John and Capt Joe died in Saint John 23 March 1919, buried in an unmarked grave in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Most of Capt. Joe's children lived in Eastport Maine.
Eldridge Sabean (John Eldridge Sabean)was a son of Jeremiah Sabean and Mary Jane Sabean, daughter of Davis Sabean and Catherine Risteen. That makes Mary Jane a sister of Ambrose Sabean. Eldridge has decendents living in Saint John.
