My mother's family eludes me far more than my father whose family has been here for hundreds of years. I am looking for SAENZ, Alberto SAENZ DE TEJADA, Gregoria GONZALES (especially connections to Spain - these are my grand & great grand parents names who emigrated from Torrecilla en Cameros Sp to Bilbao around 1900 then enroute to South America ended up in Caibarien, Cuba). He and what was left of his family set up an iron works "Saenz y Pena" in Caibarien. My grandfather managed to get to the USA for awhile and marry Faustina MELENDEZ born in South Eastern Puerto Rico, then returned to Cuba where he lived in a government project with his mother. My grandmother's Parents were Anacleto MELENDEZ & Lupina AGOSTO. Alberto was sent to die in Bilbao from Cuba, I believe at an old age home, along with his sister in the 1970's.
ANY INFO on these names, especially early settlers in ANY country are much appreciated, however the more documentation the better.
