"The Family History of the French Huguenot ABRAHAM SALLE and his Descendants" compiled by Jack Dalton Bailey, has 412 pages. There are no family pictures; but there is a lot history with maps, illustrations, wills, an alphabetical surnames listing with page numbers, and references where the information was found.

According to the book, Jean SALLE and Marie were the parents of Abraham SALLE. The following is a very brief discussion of the lineage you requested.

I       Abraham SALLE (1674-2/15/1731),
sp. Magdaline AMONET, d/o Jacob and Judith AMONET
ID       Guillaume (William) SALLE (b. ca. 1705-2/15/1789),
sp. 1) m. 1727, Elizabeth GIVAUDAN (GIVADEN, GEVEDON),
d/o Anthoine GEVAUDON)
sp. 2) m. ca. 1740, Magdelaine CHASTAINE, d/o Pierre CHASTAIN
ID9       Oliver (Olive) SALLE (11/5/1749, d. prob. Pulaski Co., KY)
"drops off the Mercer Co. KY tax list after 1831."
       sp. Sarah JOHNSON SALLEE
P. 148 states that Oliver bought 200 acres of land on Chaplain's Fork in Mercer Co., KY, in 1797. "He was a tailor by trade." Oliver and wife had 8 children.
ID9E       James SALLEE (b. ca. 1786, VA?, d. 9/6/1856), Pekin Co., IL
sp. Mary "Polly" HORNBECK, D/O Abraham HORNBECK. James and Polly had 13 children.
