Arthur Corrie's first wife Mamie was my grandmother's first cousin. Mamie was already married to Arthur when my grandmother was born and persuaded my great grandmother to name my grandmother "Corrie" (Whittington).
While very young, grandmother lived with the Arthur Corrie's for a while on a farm about 5 miles from Atlanta. I have the names of Arthur's children by first wife Mamie and second wife "Minnie" and some colorful stories.
