I was hoping that I would run across someone who has info on the Waters family from Transylvania CO. NC. We are looking for a Buddy Wayne Waters, who was the son of Bruce and Bonnie Waters. Wayne was born in the month of June in 1951-1953(In Transylvania CO), and was in the military the late 60's through/or the early 70's. Wayne also spent time in SC, and alot of that was in the upstate areas.
We know that Waynes father Bruce was born in Tenn. and his mother was born in NC. That is the only information we have regarding this family. Please, if you know any WATERS from that area, ask them if they know or know of this family. It is of the uttermost importance that we find Buddy Wayne Waters, and FAST!!!!
