Yes that is the same Charles Pack. His second wife Missouri Galloway was my grandfathers grandmother. In the 1920 census Benson, Marion, and Calvin were actually the children of Missouri and Rueben Revis, but were listed as Pack. In the 1930 census and on were listed as Revis'.
Cant help you on proof of death date for Charles Pack but in 1930 Missouri lived with son Reuben Benson Revis and his family, so Charles must have died between 1920-1930.
Also saw something about someone being of Cherokee blood, Missouri had som from her family on her mothers side (Justina Patterson) but not sure of the Packs. Hope this is useful,
