I am a Wiliams with ancestors in SC. Records in SC prior to the 1790 Census are scant. We have a Williams DNA site online at: http://williams.genealogy.fm/
Those already on that site have included their Pedigrees if you click on their highlighted name. This might be of some help to you. Group #2 includes SC ancestors
We also have another subscription site that cost nothing but you need an invitation. This site had tons of information for all Williams'. You can email my home pc to be invited onto our subscription site. Again, there's no charge just lots of free Williams Documents, etc. Clydene
