Pam,
How this all came to be was, I was ask to find out the background information on the second oldest gravestone at the First Baptist Church of Duncan. But the more I layers I began to peal away the more I was hooked on this real sorrowful story that unfolded before me. I too have some articles from different newspapers and supposedly there was a track written by a minister who was passing through this area at the time.

Do you live where we could meet at a library? I live in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

I got so hooked that I thought at one time I might even write a pamplet but for health reasons that has been put on the back burner.
