Yes I'll be happy to check on this for you. I can think of several resources I can check for your Jenkins ancestors.
I have written down the info from you and will check in a day or so will be going to library.
You mentioned old 96 district and Choestoe Creek of Tugaloo River and Oconee Creek of Little River These are in Present day Oconee County our library has resources for that area as well. Please note this particular area had some major changes in the 1960's two lakes were built but if the graves were moved I have access to grave removal records will check also. There are two older newspapers than the pickens sentinel found two old obits on wifes side from 1842 & 1837. My personal email address jimmy12372@izoomonline.com but can post back here.
